To start a return, you can contact us at service@panalahair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label,or return address,as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Under the following conditions, you can request a return

 

(1) The customer unpacked and inspected in front of the delivery person when he received the goods, and found that the goods had quality problems;

 

(2) The actual receipt of the goods is very different from what is described on the website;

 

(3) Those who are dissatisfied with or dislike of the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods (under the guarantee that they are not used and the packaging accessories are complete).

 

 

  1. In the following circumstances, refuse to return

 

(1) Goods that  have been used (Lace has been cut and bleached, hair has been dyed or cut.) will not be returned or exchanged;

 

(2) The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged;

 

(3) Products are not provided by us;

 

(4) If it is not due to the quality of the product, the return should be based on the customer's personal reasons.

 

 

  1. Description of the return process

 

(1) Contact our customer service staff in time, explain the reason for the return and fill in the application form to submit to the customer service staff to confirm the return;

 

(2) Send the goods back to the address provided by the customer service staff.

 

(3) After the company receives the goods, after confirming the goods, we will reschedule the delivery if it is a replacement, and if it is returned, we will refund to your pre-deposit.

 

 

  1. Postage instructions for return

 

(1) If the product is returned without quality problems, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee; and we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of sending freight and handling fee.

 

(2) For the return of quality problems, our company shall bear the order return freight.

 

(3) Customized products (including customized wig color, mesh cap size, wig style, length, etc.) that are returned after 48 hours after the order is placed will need to deduct a certain customization fee based on the product value, usually 30% of the product selling price.

 

 

  1. Precautions for returns

 

(1) When returning the goods, all accessories (labels, bags, etc.) related to the wigs should be sent back. No return will be given for missing accessories or damage to the original packaging. If there is a package with quality problems, please send it back together with the original express packaging bag;

 

(2) Our company adopts a three-level supervision system to ensure that the products will not be missed or under-delivered. For the report of under-delivered products, a certified third-party certificate is required to reissue or refund the payment. Our company does not accept the unilateral application of the customer for refund and reissue

 

(Third party certification method: 1. Notary office certification 2. Inventory the goods with the freight company personnel when receiving the goods. If there is a shortage of goods, please ask the freight company to issue a certificate)

 

(3) If there are gifts, etc., please return them together
